Our story
Novella Cafe was created to bridge the gap between the traditional and specialty coffee drinker. We are happy to introduce all coffee lovers and new comers to the world of specialty coffee.
Originally created to exist only as a singular location located inside of the Mid Continent Public Library’s Green Hills Culinary Arts branch, hence the name. We stand as a gateway into the specialty coffee world for the everyday coffee drinker.
Our coffee beans
We work directly with a local coffee roaster Marcell Coffee in order to source our beans directly from the farm. Standing meticulously together to develop each roasts flavor profile to perfection.
